Rashmi's Veg Cakes is a newly established company
specializing in 100% egg free cakes. In a very
short span, we have established a large and very
loyal client base. We deliver cake throughout
GTA, Mississauga and Brampton area. We are looking for customer service rep for full
time and part time positions. We offer
very clean and friendly work environment.
We work in strictly vegetarian, egg free & nut free environment, so we don't allow any individual to bring meat, eggs or nuts or any food containing these ingradients in our store. Any selected individual will have to adhere to this policy & no exceptions will be made to this policy.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service Rep is an important position, which
helps store owner / supervisor, operating store
smoothly and involves many responsibilities. Some
of which are listed below:
- Interact with customers for orders and pickups.
- Deal with suppliers and business partners.
- Enter orders into computer systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Cleaning of utensils, store and equipment.
- Work overtime when required. Working evenings and weekends is required.
- Any other duties related to store operation as
assigned by owner / supervisor.
Qualification:
- 2-3 years of experience as Customer Service Rep in a busy environment.
- Should be very friendly and outgoing, should be able to build long term relationships with customers.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer, internet and email.
- Demonstrated ability to multi task in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills & multilingual - Fluent in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
- Flexible hours - able to work during evenings, weekends and overtime as required.

- Bake and decorate cakes as per customer requirements.
- Interact with customers for orders and pickups.
- Deal with suppliers and business partners.
- Enter orders into computer systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Cleaning of utensils, store and equipment.
- Work overtime, evenings and weekends when required.
- Any other duties related to store operation as
assigned by owner / supervisor.
Qualification:
- Formal education as pastry chef or equivalent
work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience working with large wedding
cakes.
- Experience decorating cakes with fondant, cream,
royal icing and gum paste.
- Experience creating flowers, 3-D and figure
cakes.
- Basic knowledge of computer, internet and email.
- Flexible hours - able to work during evenings,
weekends and overtime as required.
